The instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in the possession of the petitioner over a house allegedly made by the petitioner over his land situated at Village-Bairi, Sawai, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat and further prayer has been made for a direction to respondent no.2 to take action on the application of the petitioner dated 23.6.2021.
After some argument, counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, it is dismissed as not pressed.
