Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This Court, by an elaborate order dated 31.01.2006 in W.P.M.P. No.2131 of 2006, directed respondents 1, 2, 3 and 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes and do not call the petitioner without there being any report or complaint filed by any of the respondents or any other person.
3. In view of the said interim order and non-filing of the counter-affidavit by the respondents so far, the interim order is made as final order in the writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
