HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15360 of 2007 ORDER:
Sri M. Ravindra Nath Reddy, though he is not present in the Court, filed a letter dated 10.08.2007 in the Registry stating that Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority cancelled the notification published on 09.07.2007 proposing the auction of sites earmarked for the Schools in Kapuluppada layout of Visakhapatnam and further stated that the writ petition has become infructuous.
Today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner as well as the respondents. However, in view of the letter dated 10.08.2007 filed by the learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
