The petitioners have earlier filed Writ A No.34064 of 2016, Liton Sarkar and 5 others Vs. Union of India and 3 others.
The aforesaid writ petition is regarding the validity of the appointment of the petitioners inasmuch as the petitioners were said to have been appointed in-excess of the posts advertised.
The relief claimed in this writ petition is dependent upon the outcome of the writ petition.
In view of above, we direct this writ petition to be listed along with the record of the above writ petition.
