JUDGMENT / ORDER

Harilal, J.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that after the dismissal of OP(Div) No.62/05 filed by the appellant herein seeking dissolution of marriage, the respondent herein filed another petition as O.P.No.176/06 seeking dissolution of marriage before the very same court and that OP was allowed exparte. Thus at present, the marriage between the appellant and the respondent stands dissolved by the decree passed in OP No.176/06. It is also submitted by the counsel that the matter has become infructuous. In view of the submissions at the bar, this Mat.Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.
