Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2. Initially, the petitioner filed a writ petition complaining of non payment of salary on the ground that she had been appointed by an unapproved Manager. Now it is reported that not only the salary, but also the arrears have been paid to the petitioner. According to the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives in the writ petition. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made a submission that there shall be a direction to the respondents to continue to pay the salary to the petitioner. It goes without saying that once the authorities have approved the appointment of the petitioner and have paid W.P.(c) No. 21634 of 2014 2 the salary, the arrangement continues in statutory terms; as such, in my view no specific direction or observation is required on that regard.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also brought to the notice of the Court that he had specific prayer in the writ petition concerning Exhibit P3 transfer/shifting order. Anticipating future litigation in that regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to make an observation that the rights and contentious of the petitioner shall be left untouched regarding Exhibit P3 in the event of disposal of the writ petition presently. Accordingly, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of as having not survived consideration; however, leaving open the issue of Exhibit P3.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
