Considering that the issue involved in this application and Company Application No.408 of 2011 are interwoven, the present application is adjourned to 2.5.2011. Mr. Jigar M. Patel, learned advocate for respondent No.5 on earlier occasion had made statement to maintain status-quo which has been continued from time to time.
