The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P1 order issued by the Village Officer at the instance of the District Collector. By Ext.P1, the petitioner has been prohibited from all the activities being carried in the property mentioned in Ext.P1. The petitioner submits that this was initiated at the instance of the 3rd respondent. The only request made by the petitioner is an early disposal of the proceedings based on Ext.P1 after adverting to the objection of the petitioner on Ext.P1. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conclude the proceedings initiated based on Ext.P1 after adverting to the statement filed by the 3rd respondent and hearing the petitioner within a period of three weeks.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
