ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 1 and 2.
The case of the petitioner is that the partners of the third respondent purchased an extent of 58.5 cents of land in Sy.No.158/A of Dinne Devarapadu village under two registered sale deeds dated 04.02.2000. They constructed a granite factory over the said land. On 19.10.2005 they entered into an agreement of sale with him (the petitioner) for sale of the factory. The respondents provided electricity service connection bearing ISC No. 721 at the time of construction of the factory and continuously supplied the power. Pursuant to the agreement entered by the petitioner with the third respondent, the petitioner took the possession of the factory. It appears that there are some disputes between the third respondent and petitioner. The third respondent addressed a letter to respondents 1 and 2 seeking disconnection of power supply, pursuant to which, power supply was disconnected. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition was filed.
This Court by order dated 04.10.2010 directed the respondents to maintain status quo. Pursuant to the said interim order, power supply has been restored and the petitioner has been enjoying the same.
In view of continuous supply of power energy, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
