In view of the Resolution of the Gujarat High Court Advocates' Association dated 10.07.2012, learned advocates have abstained from work. However, an application for extension of stay has been filed by the plaintiff, that has been submitted to the Court Sherestedar through Shri Ajit Bhatt, Clerk of Ms.Manisha Lavkumar, learned advocate for the plaintiff. The same is taken on record.
Perused the said application. The matter may be listed on 09.08.2012.
OJCA/108/2012 2/2 ORDER The ad-interim stay granted by the Trial Court is extended, till then.
