JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant (original plaintiff) for extension of the stay order granted by this Court, till the next date of hearing.
The matter was called out in the morning session and was directed to be listed in the afternoon session to enable the learned advocate for the applicant to file the application in the Registry of this Court. When the matter is taken up, the learned advocate for the original defendant is not present.
OJCA/108/2012 2/2 ORDER List the suit on 10.09.2012.
The ad-interim stay granted by the Trial Court is extended, till then.
