Leave to amend the cause title.
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make appropriate representation to the respondent-authority in the subject matter and that necessary directions may be issued to the respondent-authority to consider the same if there are Rules for relaxation of the age limit.
2. In view of the above request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is observed that if the petitioner makes a representation to the respondent-authority, in the subject matter, and if there are Rules for relaxation in the age limit, then the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority as per the said Rules.
3. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. Direct Service is permitted today.
