Lilaram vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|08 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both the learned advocates representing the parties submitted that considering the nature of real grievance between the parties, the possibility of settlement may be explored through Mediation Centre of this Court. They also drew my attention to an important fact that the young son of the petitioners No.1 and 2, who was a Doctor lost his life and the respondent No.2, who happens to be wife of son of petitioners No.1 and 2, lost her husband within two months from the date of their marriage. It is further submitted that the dispute, as it is reflected in the FIR, pertains to Stridhan articles, which can conveniently be resolved by the Mediation Centre of this Court.
Seen in the above context, this matter is referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court to explore the possibility of settlement. Registry to list this matter after the receipt of the report of the Mediation Centre.
