This Civil Application is filed for a clarification of order dated 21st March 2012 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.2154 of 2011. By the said order this Court vacated the interim relief granted earlier on 29th August 2011.
It is clarified that interim relief granted on 29th August 2011 was vacated vide order passed on 21st March 2012. Civil Application is granted.
At this stage, Mr Mishra has requested to stay the order dated 21st March 2012 so that he can carry the matter to higher forum. However, in view of the fact that order dated 29th August 2011 is a contradictory order, it cannot be continued. The request is rejected.
