In pursuance to the order dated 30.1.2012 Mr. Niraj Sharma, learned Assistant Government Pleader, under instructions received from Mr. D.R. Shah, Deputy Executive Engineer, Mahudha Irrigation Sub Division tenders communication dated 7.2.2012 addressed to Registrar of this Court whereby cheque of Rs.76,681/- is to be deposited before this Court. Registry is directed to accept the said cheque. Mr. Sharma, learned Assistant Government Pleader further states, under instructions, that the petitioner shall also be handed over two cheques amounting to Rs.41,167/- and Rs.71,155/- latest by tomorrow.
