The interim prayer made by the petitioner for grant of provisional pension and retiral dues of petitioner's deceased husband cannot be granted at this stage.
It is clarified that if the matter is not heard on 28.09.2012, it will be open for the petitioner to move a civil application for taking up the petition for hearing.
