1. This Application has been preferred by Smt. Lilaben Ankolia, the Original Plaintiff No. 3, inter alia alleging to delete her name as respondent no. 3 from captioned Special Civil Application No.9329 of 2011 on the ground that she has already been deleted from the proceeding of Regular Civil Suit No. 71 of 2010 pending before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajpipla, District-Narmada.
2. On hearing the learned Advocates for the parties and considering the facts that there is no relief claimed qua the said applicant and her name has already been deleted from the original Suit, this Application is allowed.
3. The name of the present applicant as respondent no. 3 from Special Civil Application No.9328 of 2011 shall be deleted within one week of receipt of this order. Petitioner to carry out necessary changes.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Application is disposed of.
5. Main matter is fixed for hearing on 27th June 2012.
