RULE.
Mr.Pranav Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondents.
At the request of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
Present application has been preferred by applicants herein, claiming to be heirs and legal representatives of the original petitioner permitting them to be brought on record as applicant/petitioner Nos.1/1 to 1/10 as heirs and legal representatives of the original petitioner, in Misc.Civil Application No.170 of 1995 as well as Special Civil Application No. 8065 of 1994, as applicant/petitioner Nos.1/1 to 1/10. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the aforesaid Misc.Civil Application as well as Special Civil Application accordingly. No costs.
