JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the application came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same petitioner had moved for anticipatory bail as 7956 of 2014 and that is pending and sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to proceed with the other petition. Permission is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
