Ramachandran Nair, J. The parties have setted their disputes and have entered into a compromise and I.A.No.2705/14 is filed to record the compromise. In I.A.No.2705 of 2014 it is stated that the appellant and respondent have mutually agreed that their marriage is divorced and they have decided to accept the decree of divorce of the court below and we record the same and accordingly the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
