The revision is directed against the order dated 10.07.1989 passed by the Ist Additional Civil Judge, Muzaffar Nagar, whereby an application (Paper No.13-Ga) filed by the plaintiff revisionist had been rejected. The application was one under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC for impleadment filed by the revisionist.
Since no interim order was granted and almost 29 years have elapsed, it is safe to assume that the suit itself must have been decided now.
In view of the above, this revision is dismissed.
