JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Sethuraman, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Loganathan.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that individual pattas have been granted to the petitioner as well as three others and in respect of the remaining persons, since the original land owners are no more, their legal heirs have to make a joint application and also produce necessary records to establish that they are the legal heirs.
3.Recording the compliance of order for four persons, the Contempt Petition stands closed. With regard to the land owners who are no more or there is transfer of interest, liberty is granted to make applications to the respondents for grant of individual patta duly supported by all documents. After such individual applications are made, the respondents shall consider the same, conduct necessary enquiry and issue individual patta as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
