This appeal is directed against the order dated 26.04.2017 made in IA.No.124 of 2017 in OS.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Court of Kanyakumari at Nagercoil effecting interim attachment of the petition mentioned items. This appeal was filed only on 19.07.2017.
2.It is now submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the said interim order was already made absolute even before filing of this CMA.
3.In that event it is obvious that nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. It is of course open to the appellant herein to question the final order made in I.A.
4.This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed with the said liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
