Heard Mr. R.R. Marshall, learned senior advocate for the applicant and it is submitted that the impugned complaint do not contain specific allegation qua the applicant who happened to be Executive Director and further various legal issues raised in identical petitions arising out similar complaint are admitted by this Court by issuing Rule and interim relief prayed therein is also granted..
Considering the above at this stage, a case is made out to issue Rule.
