Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner, a dailywage employee working with the Social Forestry, by the instant petitioner seeks the following relief:
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the minimum pay scale in favour of the petitioners under the purview of 7th Pay Commissioner Report."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the third respondent shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the third respondent, Divisional Director Social Forestry, Shivalik, Van Prabhag, Saharanpur, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
