There was earlier an order for joint trial of LAR Nos. 40/2010 and 60/2010 on the file of the court of the Subordinate Judge of Attingal. LAR No. 40/2010 has now been included in the list pursuant to the judgment in OP(C) No. 485/2014 after de- linking it from LAR No. 60/2010.
2. The petitioner contends that the property involved in LAR Nos. 40/2010 and 60/2010 are covered by the same notification. It is only proper that LAR Nos. 40/2010 and 60/2010 are jointly tried as originally ordered. The court of the Subordinate Judge shall dispose of LAR Nos. 40/2010 and 60/2010 within the time frame fixed in OP(C) No. 485/2014.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
