Heard Mr.Hitesh N.Acharya, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted by him that the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal has rejected the revision application filed by the petitioners against the order dated 30.12.2010 (21.12.2010) passed by the Deputy Collector without taking into consideration the aspect that the order of the Deputy Collector rejecting the appeal on the ground of delay is an unreasoned and cryptic order. It is further submitted that the petitioners had filed an application for condonation of delay. However, the same has not been considered by the Deputy Collector and similarly, the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal, without considering the reasons advanced by the petitioners, has rejected the application for condonation of delay.
Issue Notice returnable on 26.06.2012.
