JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr.R.M. Parmar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Ronak Raval, learned A.G.P appearing on advance copy for the respondents.
2. By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to admit and allow this petition.
(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to direct the respondent No. Collector Rural to decide the application for early hearing pending before the Collector Rural Rajkot in the interest of justice.
(C) Any other and further relief may kindly be granted in the interest of justice."
3. Considering the averments made in the petition and also considering application dated 05.03.2012 - Annexure-A (Page 9 and 10 of the petition), respondent No.4-Collector Rural is directed to fix Land Revision Case No.17/2011/2012 for its early hearing as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of.
