Mr.Asifkhan I.Pathan, learned advocate, who has initially appeared for respondent No.1/1, has prayed the Court by filing a Note that the client is not in contact and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw his appearance. In support of his submission, the letter dated 10.12.2012 addressed to Registrar, High Court of Gujarat, Sola, Ahmedabad is produced and he has not annexed any notice issued to his client.

In view of the above, the office is directed to issue notice to respondents informing them about the Note dated 10.12.2012 submitted by Mr.Asifkhan I.Pathan, learned advocate, returnable on 23.01.2013.
