JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the judgment being passed today.
2. Petitioner has approached this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere in any private dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that on a complaint received from the 4th respondent, petitioner was called at the police station on 28/10/2014. After recording the statement of the parties, police authorities came to the opinion that there is only a civil dispute between the parties and the matter has been closed at the end of the police authorities.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed.
