Order on Crl. Misc. Modification Application No. 9 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant Leelawati was granted bail by this Court and her husband had died and there appears to be no issue of her, hence the order dated 13.12.2018 granting bail to the appellant is modified to the extent that appellant Leelawati be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. one lac with two sureties (one should of her close relative).
With the aforesaid modification, the application stands disposed of.
