The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of salary to her for the period from 1.7.2015 to 25.12.2015.
It is contented by Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel appeared in the matter on on behalf of District Basic Education Officer, Meerut and Finance and Accounts Officer, Office of District Basic Education Officer, Meerut that the payment has already been made in favour of the petitioner .
In view of the same, no further relief could be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of.
