Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant writ petition has been filed against notice dated 2 April 2019 issued by the second respondent-District Commandant, Home Guards, Gorakhpur, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why her services may not be terminated for the reason that at the time of appointment in 1989, she was 16 years and not 18 years.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to point out any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error in the impugned show cause notice.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file his objection to the notice.
