Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar) to consider and decide the Case No.T201805440105927) (Leelawati Devi Vs. Sunita Agarwal) under Section 35 of Land Revenue Code, 2006, is pending since 26.10.2018, within short stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation application filed in October 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar) to endeavour to decide the mutation application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
