JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
By means of this writ petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have prayed for issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding opposite parties 1 to 3 not to harass/victimize them.
It is submitted that without any rhyme or reason the petitioners, who are husband and wife, are being harassed/victimized by the opposite party nos 1 to 3, who are in connivance with opposite party no. 4, despite no FIR has been registered against them.
Let instructions be obtained by the learned Additional Government Advocate by the third week of July, 2010.
List after third week of July, 2010.
Till the next date of listing, it is hereby provided that the petitioners shall not be harassed/victimized in any manner whatsoever by the authority concerned.
