JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Niral R.Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted by him that the petitioners had submitted an application for condonation of delay along with the revision application before respondent No.1. While hearing the said application, respondent No.1 has refused to admit the revision application on merits, instead of rendering any finding on the aspect of limitation.
Issue Notice returnable on 22.03.2012.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
