The petitioner was served with Ext.P3 notice under the Survey Manual. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P3 notice. However, the petitioner has raised her objection in Ext.P4 before the Taluk Surveyor.

Therefore, any proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P3 shall only be concluded after adverting to the objection of the petitioner as set out in Ext.P4.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
