Exhibits P1, P7, P11, P15, P18 and P23 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010. Against these orders, petitioner filed Exts.P3, P9, P13, P16, P20 and P25 appeals, which are accompanied by Exts.P6, P10, P14, P17, P22 and P26 stay petitions before the 1st respondent. Appeals and stay petitions are pending before the 1st respondent. In the meanwhile, it is alleged, coercive proceedings have been threatened. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed.
2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the appellate authority, the 1st respondent herein, shall dispose of Exhibits P6, P10, P14, P17, P22 and P26 stay applications within a period of one month from today and the coercive proceedings be stayed until such orders are passed; which order shall determine the matter thereafter.

3. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for compliance.
