JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2 The petitioner claims that she belongs to Scheduled Caste community and hailing from a very poor family and despite of odds, she had completed SSLC and also registered her name with the 2nd respondent / Employment Exchange in the year 1992. The petitioner having registered her name with the 2nd respondent / Employment Exchange, is anxiously waiting for job opportunity for the post of Sweeper or to the post of Cook in commensurate with her qualification and despite waiting for very many years, she has not been issued with any call letter to attend interview in connection with the selection of the said post. The petitioner would further aver that she is also suffering due to disability having disability of 40.7% and she was also issued with Disability Certificate by the competent authority and in the light of Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servant [Condition of Service] Act, 2016, the petitioner is entitled to claim priority and in this regard, she has submitted very many representations and last of such representation was made on 11.01.2017 and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition.
3 The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner in response to the Call Letter dated 23.11.2016 has also submitted her testimonials and also participated in the interview and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court by filing the above writ petition.
4 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials placed before it.
5 Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the 3rd respondent seeking the result of the interview attended by her pursuant to the Call Letter dated 23.11.2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of M. SATHYANARAYANAN, J., AP a copy of this order and the 3rd respondent, upon the receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a further period of two weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
6 The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
