The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Recall Application filed by them on 22.12.2016 for the recalling of the order dated 29.11.2016 in Revision No.54 of 2016 be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 22.12.2016 filed by the petitioners be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
