JUDGMENT / ORDER

As respondent No.7 has expired unserved, repeatedly request was made to implead her heirs as the party respondents.
Learned advocate for the respondent today requested to delete respondent No.7, she being unsure as to whether she continues to be a party defendant before the trial Court, this request is not acceded to. Heirs shall be impleaded within 1 (one) week from today, failing which consequential order shall be passed.
