Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner, urges that the petitioner has passed away. He needs to bring the heirs on the record and therefore, seeks two weeks' time. It also emerges from the record that respondent No.7 has expired unserved, whose heirs are also required to be impleaded, time of two weeks as requested is granted.
