JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This petition under Article-226 of the Constitution of India has been filed, with the following prayers :
"A. The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction by quashing and setting aside the order dated 10.10.2011 passed by the Secretary, Revenue Department (Disputes) and further be pleased to grant injunction sought for;
B. Pending hearing and final disposal of the petition, Your Lordships be pleased to direct revenue authority to maintain status quo with respect to revenue record and further be pleased to direct the authority to notify the pendency of the disputes in between the parties, on record;
C. To pass such other and further order/s necessary in the interest of justice."
2. At the outset, Mr.Dhaval D. Vyas, learned advocate for the petitioners states that the interest of justice would be met, if the Secretary (Disputes), Revenue Department (Respondent No.3) is directed to decide the Revision Application of the petitioner, expeditiously, and without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order dated 12.10.2011, whereby the application for interim relief has been rejected.
3. Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the following order is passed :
The Secretary (Disputes), Revenue Department (Respondent No.3) shall consider and decide the Revision Application filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without avoidable delay. The findings rendered in the impugned order may be considered as prima-facie findings, at this stage.
The petition is disposed of, in the above terms, without entering into the merits of the case.
Direct service of this order is permitted.
