JUDGMENT / ORDER

In present petition the petitioner desired compassionate appointment and now in view of change in policy he is praying for compensation in lieu of compassionate appointment.
On prima facie consideration of the petition it appears that the subject matter of the petition is related to "service matters" as per the roster.
Thus, the office is requested to examine the subject matter of petition and take necessary steps for listing it before the appropriate Court.
