This writ petition has been filed enclosing a School Leaving Certificate of the petitioner no. 1, which shows her date of birth as 5 June 1988, whereas in the photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the petitioner no. 1 that has been enclosed as affidavit showing the date of birth is 8 May 1988.
This discrepancy has not been explained. Further, it has not been mentioned by the two petitioners who are stated to be aged about 30 and 38 years of age respectively that this is their first marriage.
In view of the aforesaid, the petitioners are not entitled to any benefit at this stage.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
