The present writ petition has been filed alleging that the husband of the petitioner Dinesh Singh was working with the respondent-University as a daily wager and was performing the work of Pump Operator.
It is stated that from the year 2004, the petitioner's husband was granted minimum wage scale, however, unfortunately he died on 28.3.2019 while in service. The petitioner has filed an application claiming appointment on compassionate ground which is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 2.
Considering the fact that the application is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 2, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the Respondent No. 2 along with a copy of this order. In case any such application is filed, the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of the same.
This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Satyam Singh, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents No. 1 to 4.
