Heard Sri Akhilesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P.
Present petition seeks issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the first information report registered as Case Crime No. 50 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station - Antu, District - Pratapgarh.
From perusal of the first information report, no case for interference is made out.
However, it is provided that in case petitioners file an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., within three weeks' from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
Till the aforesaid period of three weeks' no coercive measure shall be taken against the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid first information report.
With aforesaid direction the petition stands disposed of.
