Heard counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has challenged the notice dated 01.10.2021 issued by the respondent no. 3 namely District Basic Education Officer, Mainpuri.
By the aforesaid notice, the petitioner was permitted to submit his reply along-with evidence within a period of one week. It is further stated in the notice that on the basis of complaint the salary of the petitioner was stopped.
It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that reply to the aforesaid notice has already been submitted by him in the office of the respondent no.3 on 20.10.2021, copy of which is appended as Annexure-6 to the writ petition. It is further argued that the salary of the petitioner could not be stopped in view of the various pronouncement made from time to time.
On the other hand, it is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 that he will decide the matter expeditiously.
Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.
In view of above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no. 3, District Basic Education Officer, Mainpuri to take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
