Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.6.2021 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Rudhauli, District Basti.
Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that some inadvertent mistakes have crept in the petition and he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file fresh.
Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent is present.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
