Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the writ petition has been allowed partly, but however, his client does not want to accept the said order nor he wants to maintain the writ petition.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ appeal dismissing the writ petition itself and the order passed by the learned trial Judge is not required to be followed.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. No costs.
